My work is grounded in a long career of service, including years in nonprofit grant writing, where the focus was always on transparency, accountability, and making a positive difference. Today, I bring those same values to homeowners in Sheboygan County and surrounding areas.

I offer a flexible, seller-directed approach that combines MLS listing services provided through my brokerage, Real Estate Property Shop, along with optional professional guidance and transaction support. This allows clients to choose how involved they want to be in their sale, while still benefiting from the structure and resources of a licensed real estate brokerage.

Many of the people I work with appreciate a more cost-conscious path, one that provides exposure and support without requiring a full-service brokerage model.

At this point in my career, my goal is simple: to continue helping people in a way that feels meaningful, straightforward, and rooted in the belief that real estate can-and should - work better for everyday homeowners.
